I personally hand-pick all of the ceramics from a variety of ceramists, offering a range of pieces that differ in type, quality, and price.They may not be perfect, but they are unique and have their own personalities.

Packing

To ensure the safe delivery of the items over a long distance, I added extra protective packaging. If you plan to give the items as a gift, we kindly ask that you open the box and remove any excess foam and tape to enhance the presentation.

Refund

Refunds will be offered if the item is damaged during delivery.Please retain all packing materials including the box and contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package, and send me the images of the packing materials and broken item.

Refunds due to dissatisfaction with size, weight or appearance are politely declined.All the items are accurately weighted, measured and photographed in natural light condition before being listed for sale.Due to different lighting conditions and display settings, there may be a slight color deviation in the images.Please check the photos and details carefully before placing an order.

Return

I can arrange a refund once we receive the returned item in good condition. However, the cost of shipping back to China is high and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. I strongly suggest that you consider carefully before making a purchase to avoid any unnecessary losses.In order to offer a better purchase experience,I am looking for partners in different countries who would like to work together, if you are interested in it, please contact me.

Worldwide free shipping.Shipments will be sent via EMS, or whichever is more economical for your destination.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.Standard shipping takes about 5-25 business days from the time of shipment, the shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can track your package and see the estimated delivery date. If you don't receive it, please contact me.
